I've shopped at this particular Shop Rite location since it opened. They offer large produce, cheese, and frozen-food sections. Staple brands are easily found here. This store offers Shop from Home online shopping options with delivery, which is also a plus. However, the variety overall is not the best it could be and produce is sometimes not turned over at the right speed. Quite a serviceable store.
We were there tonight to see Byram Lakes Elementary School Holiday Choral Concert, then we did our weekly food shopping. As always, Shop Rite has what we need & at a fair price. They are very supportive of the local community as well.
Very clean and well set up store. The fish and bakery counters are great. The only negatives are the people working the deli counter seem disgruntle, and the employee shoppers are discourteous. They'll run you over and take up whatever space they want. Customers first are definitely not on their shopping list!
Best grocery store in the area. Bright, clean, and well-stocked. Produce is always fresh. Always been my go-to store for my shopping.
Not my favorite...if you're lucky enough to find good produce or meat, with reasonable prices, be careful not to get run over by the home employee shoppers who think that their shopping is more important than yours. If I only need a few items, I will shop here. Otherwise, I will gladly travel the extra few miles to shop at Weis where the meat and produce are a far better quality and price and I don't need to fight for space in the aisle with employee shoppers. Oh, and for the record, the home shopping is a nice offering, however, it is extremely overpriced for the service and has resulted MANY times in me parking the car and going into the store myself for the items they have told me they don't have...surprise! They're right where they always are!
