Place is horrible my husband got cancer so we brought in doctors note and medical records and thought we cancled his membership. Well I was just billed on my credit card 166$. I have not got a month taken out in like 7 months and now they take money out. I called and they told me there is nothing thry can do because since we moved i cant find the paper we got if we got one (which I'm not sure we did). We havnt been billdd in months then out of nowhere they bill us. They have poor management and staff that has no clue what they are doing. I would never recommend them to anyone.
The gym is clean I will give them that much. If your looking to sweat and have a hard time breathing this is your place. For some reason they do not like to turn the air on, so the air quality is very poor and that is one of the biggest issues that I hear while working out. Equipment is not in the greatest shape and there are a lot of machines out of order and it usually takes a month to get them fixed. I workout with the trainers and they are great!, they want to do and change things to make it more interesting and bring more clients in, but the owners and manager seems to hold them back. The people that work out are friendly and that's why I keep going, but all in all. The owners need to pay more attention to what is going on at this gym and train there employees and managers. AND PUT THE AIR ON!!!!
A good handful of bad things that I can say about this gym. The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty, the machines are always so sticky and i barely see people wipe/clean after them selves. They have SO many of the same machines it’s annoying! A whole bunch of young immature kids go here and they hog the machines for such a long time, sitting on their phones texting..The girl (front desk) with the red curly hair is super sweet though! It feels so tight in there and as people mention no fresh air to breath!
Good gym for the money. I love it because its close. My only criticism is people who sit on the machines and text holding everyone else up and management doesn't do anything about it.
Many machines,not too crowded. Smells bad. Dirty.
